Sue Mellor has been coaching in large-scale organisations for 15 years.
She has an MA: Research in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, is a Team Coach and Coach Supervisor. She is also an accredited workplace mediator, NLP practitioner and is accredited to administer several psychological tools.
In conjunction with this Sue is also a Human Factors trainer and Advocate for the Clinical Human Factors Group (www.chfg. org), promoting safer care and effective team working.
